We request you to go through our RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY thoroughly for a hassle-free shopping experience. Making a purchase signifies that you have accepted, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

- All items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
- International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Products are eligible for return if - 

- we are informed within 48 hours of the delivery date.
- they are not purchased on sale.
- they are unused, unwashed, unaltered & undamaged, with all labels and tags.

For exchanges, we keep things simple — we process a refund instead, so you can place a fresh order at your convenience. This ensures you get the right size or style faster, without waiting for the exchange cycle to complete. 

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS:

1) CONTACT US: Please get in touch with us on WhatsApp (+919636915850) or email (care@bohorani.com), with your order number.

2) REVERSE PICK UP: If the return request is approved based on the abovementioned policy, we will get the item(s) picked up from the address mentioned in your original order. 

3) QUALITY CHECK: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4) EXCHANGE/ REFUND: If approved, refund will be credited to the original source of payment (processed within 7-10 business days) after we receive and inspect the item. Refund amount will be the amount paid by you to purchase the item minus a handling fee of ₹100.
