DELIVERY LOCATIONS

- We ship across all major cities and towns in India and internationally.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINE

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

- Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days (depending on your location in India). International orders take longer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

- Free shipping on all prepaid orders to be shipped within India.

- Handling charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be ₹90.

- Shipping charges for international orders will be reflected on the checkout page.

ORDER TRACKING

- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to track your order.

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

- Weather, festivals, or logistical issues

- Remote location delivery or government restrictions

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders shipping to a destination outside of India may be subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country, which may be levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. We do not provide estimates of such duties, taxes and other charges as these are specific to each destination country and can vary over time.

Please note that the buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country. For more details, please consult your local customs office.

CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse.
